I chose to work in the behavioral billing field because the industry means so much to me. Over the span of years and in various capacities, I have served in medical offices, secretarial service, hospital staff, payroll, human resources and now Autism-based billing. I am currently in my 14th year as a Professional Biller and have an expertise level of industry related knowledge and continue to grow in the field.

My greatest accomplishment to this point was the decision to establish my own business, building a solid base clientele and increasing my staff along the way. I have hired a solid support staff who understands what it takes to act professionally in my business.
The clients I serve expect high-level, timely results and that is what I strive to provide. I stay up to date with all things billing related.

Hi, my name is Nicole. I have an AAS in Medical Administration and a certification in Medical Coding with the AAPC. I come from many years in food service management, but I have been beyond blessed with working for Erica's Billing Services for nearly two years. I am a wife, and a mother to a precious little boy. My happy place is family movie nights cuddled on the couch at home.
I have always had a passion for helping people,and strive to build relationships through exceptional service.

Hello, my name is Kurston Williams. I am an AR Project Manager for E-billing. I have a Bachelor of General Studies from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I work primarily in billing, and AR clean-up. I have a skill set that is a unique compliment of practical business experience. I have a servant leader approach with project teams. My ultimate goal is to be a loving father and husband. The Dallas Cowboys will forever be my football team, win, lose, or draw. I am here to provide support and do my best to assist the most people possible.

My name is Shanese Wise I live in Garland, TX with my husband and 2 of 3 of our boys (3rd son off at college, Louisiana State University). I have been doing Medical Billing and Coding for 16 years for multiple specialties including Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Pain Mgt., OB-GYN, Cardiology and now Behavior Health. Getting my MB&C diploma from Anthem College previously known as High Tech Institute in Irving, TX.
Specializes in administrative and revenue cycle management with individual physician or group practices. Completing credentialing, contracting, new practice management systems implementation and educating other employees on systems and applications.

A 26 year old woman who has a heart for the healthcare industry, I've been with the industry for more than 6 years now, as a benefit advocate, a benefit coordinator, a Prior Authorization Specialist, etc. Years in the industry provided me with so much knowledge about healthcare starting from people's insurance, authorizations, appeals, claims, and more.

Hi, my name is Harley and I live in Magnolia, TX. I was in the medical field for 3 years when I decided to take the course for billing and coding so that I could be utilized anywhere in the office. 4 years later, it was the best thing I had ever done for myself! I absolutely love it. I have experience in multiple specialties including family practice, behavioral, pain management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and remote patient monitoring.
I have been blessed to become apart of Erica's team and I am excited to build great long lasting relationships and make a difference with the work that I love to do.
I am a mother of two handsome boys, I have an amazing boyfriend who works hard and loves my boys as his own.
Outside of work, I love singing at my church and spending time with my family. My goal is to live a life full of peace and to raise my boys to be happy and confident young men. Oh, and to cook a little bit better!
