We like to help ease this burden on providers by offering benefit checks. This helps the office and their families to understand what their benefits are and what is covered and financial responsibilities before services are started so there is no surprises.

We call to follow up on claims that are not paid, denied, or stuck in processing after 30 days to make sure these claims are worked until they are paid. We provide account receivable reports to help show providers exactly where their financials and claims stand each month.
